Feast and Famine Cycle
A good month, then an empty calendar 60 days later. It has happened more than once, and each time there's the same reason.
"I need more leads."
Getting clients is the skill you trust most, and it works. You have the data to back it up.
But more leads only fix the inflow. Clients still leave when the program ends, and each one has to be replaced before revenue even holds still. With the outflow staying the same, you will keep restarting.
The front works. The back end needs fixing.
"They got what they needed. That's just how this business model works."
Some of them did, and that's the problem. A program delivers its value all at once. Once a client has had it, there's nothing left to keep paying for. An upsell buys you a few more weeks, then they leave anyway.
They left because there was nothing left providing value month after month.
What survives the test
With Retention OS, you have something that keeps clients paying month after month.
It's a missing part of the offer, and that missing part can be installed.
A good explanation makes a risky prediction. Here's mine. Give your clients a reason to stay, and each low month sits higher than the last one.
